Controller processes your personal data if is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, and for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject. Data in this category are erases, once all legal purposes of their processing are reached.

We process user’s activity data on our legitimate interest :

3.1.2. Providing personal data by phone, by email, or by sending website contact/inquiry form,

In other cases, we are able to process your data based on your explicit consent only, until you cancel it. This option can be used by Controller for:

- social network and marketing service providers, if you agree to display a personalized ad.

5.2. You also may complain to the Personal Data Protection Office, if you feel that Controller is handling your data in contravention of the law.

6. Securing personal data
Controller declares that he has made appropriate technical and organizational steps to secure your personal data in electronic or paper form. Only person authorized by him can access personal data.
7. Validity
The Privacy Policy took effect on May 25, 2018.
Controller reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.
